Instead of adapting Western HR tools, we decided to create our own platform. We interviewed 50+ HR managers & payroll specialists on the complex issues. After mapping out pain points & workflows, we built our software from scratch to fulfil the needs.
Human Maximizer launched, and our first three client trials validated everything. Each team completed their full payroll cycle in under 30 minutes — cleanly, compliantly, without the usual back-and-forth. That was the moment we knew we had built something that genuinely worked for Indian businesses.
