Human Maximizer was built by people who got tired of watching great HR teams fail because their software was terrible. We decided to change that — forever.
Like many Indian startups, we were also emerging in the competitive Indian markets, where we needed a systematic tool to manage our entire work. We explored various HRMS software that could automate our repetitive tasks and streamline our employee and work cycle.
Every existing software was either too expensive or too complex to use. Then we built Human Maximizer. We aim to make a workplace where employees feel inspired, safe and fulfilled.

Instead of adapting Western HR tools, we decided to create our own platform. We interviewed 50+ HR managers & payroll specialists on the complex issues. After mapping out pain points & workflows, we built our software from scratch to fulfil the needs.
Human Maximizer has launched, and we marked a win in the Payroll process earlier, the first 3 trials across the completed it. But Human Maximizer changed the game. That was the moment we realised our practice was effective for the Indian businesses.
Five years in, we're managing payroll for 500+ companies across 18 cities. We've processed over 2500 crore in salaries, managed 1 lakh+ employee records, and maintained 99.9% uptime even during peak payroll days. We're just getting started.
